Loretta Sparks, Founding EFT Master, LMFT, DCEP, is the Founder and Director of the Self Care Power Institute. She is a licensed psychotherapist, a Diplomate of Comprehensive Energy Psychotherapy, EFT Founding Master and an EFTCert-Honors practitioner. As an educator and trainer, she has trained mental health professionals and the public, nationally, in EFT since 1996. Even though Loretta has trained extensively with the developers of a number of energy psychotherapies, she has chosen to focus her work on EFT not only because of its effectiveness, but also because of the ease with which it can be accessed and learned.
